We accept VISA and MASTERCARD for purchases on line and your card is charged at the time of purchase. If you want to pay via paypal, please send an email to inquire.
SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping charges will be calculated based on location of delivery, insurance cost, handling and taxes (if they apply). Handling charges are the shipping materials and labor involved in carefully packaging your order. All orders will be shipped within 2 business days of the order via UPS. If you would like an overnight or 2nd Day Air shipping, orders must be placed before noon EST or there is not a guarantee that it will go out that business day. If you have questions about the status of processing or shipping on your order, feel free to email us at info@balboajewelry.com.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Please send an email if you are interested in purchasing from a location outside the U.S. All taxes and fees associated with international shipping will be added to cost of international shipping and handling.
TAXES
South Carolina residents are subject to a 6% sales tax.
RETURNS
Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) within 14 days from the date received for a refund. All items must be received in original condition and accompanied by a sales receipt. You will be refunded for cost of the item excluding shipping, handling and insurance costs.
If you wish to return an item, please drop an e-mail to info@balboajewelry.com so that we may expect your return. Please pack the item carefully in its original packaging materials so that it arrives to us undamaged. We cannot accept for return an item that arrives to us from you damaged in transit. For your protection, please send all returns via a track-able carrier.

REPAIRS
If your jewelry is in need of repair, please contact us at info@balboajewelry.com to obtain a Repair Authorization Number. Charges may apply and you will be notified once the jewelry is assessed and prior to beginning repair. For your protection, please be sure to pack the item(s) carefully and via a track-able carrier.
